All our products come with a 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 45 days of the original purchase date. You can do this via email at help@realspiritusa.com or by calling our customer service team at (888) 601-5886. Once we receive the item(s), we will promptly process your refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method. If you receive the wrong product or your product is damaged, please contact our customer service team at (888) 601-5886 (M-F 9am-4pm PST) as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll ensure that you're a happy customer!

Warranty
Atmospheric Water Generator:

Limited 5-Year Warranty & 10-Year Compressor Warranty: Free repair or replacement for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (excluding wear and tear).
- Contact H2O Machine for repairs.
- You pay shipping and labor costs.
- If repair costs exceed 50% of the current retail price, get a similar or upgraded unit at 50% of the current retail price.
Claim Process:
- Notify H2O Machine immediately upon discovering a defect.
- If additional inspection is needed, you will receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product with your contact information, proof of purchase, and defect description.
- You cover shipping to the service facility; H2O Machine covers return shipping within the contiguous US. Customers outside the contiguous US must also cover the cost of return shipping.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Use of third-party equipment or filters.
- Damage from negligence, including accidents, unreasonable use, incorrect water supply, improper cleaning, or use of third-party equipment or filters.
- Replacement filters, disposable parts, and supplies (e.g., cracked handles, scuffs, damage from solar, broken swivel spout, cut power cord).
- Use outside North America with voltage higher than 110/120 Volts AC.
Terms:
- Our warranty is for residential use only.
- Warranty void if the case seal is broken or tamper system is activated.
- Only authorized H2O Machine technicians should service the unit.
- Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for third-party or reseller purchases, except verified dealers.
Return Policy
In accordance to our Satisfaction Guarantee, you have 45-days to request and complete your return in order to receive a refund.
How to Receive a Refund:
To receive a refund within our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period, contact our customer service department to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Address the shipping label with the RA# and send it to Real Spirit USA, 320 S. Rock Blvd., STE 210, Reno, NV 89502. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If we provide a shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. The AWG Harvester (lower unit #1) and AWG Tank (upper unit #2) must be returned in their original or approved heavy-duty cartons in "like new" condition; any blemishes or damages will reduce the refund amount. Include all original components, literature, warranties, and packaging in sellable condition. Remove any used consumables (e.g., filters) and ensure units are clean and dry before shipping, including draining and drying the black receiving tank in the Harvester. The cost of used consumables will be deducted from the refund, but unused consumables are eligible for a full refund.
Terms:
Original and upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable, including refused, "Return to Sender," and undeliverable packages. Items must be returned and received within 45 days of the original purchase date. Upon our receipt of your complete order, you will receive a full refund minus applicable shipping charges, costs of used consumables, and any fees based on the item's condition. Returns made after the 45-day period will incur a restocking fee and additional charges. Promotional, clearance, certified, open box, like-new, financed, or international voltage units are not eligible for refund or return.
Water Damage Liability Statement and Waiver
H2O Machine, or its parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc accepts no liability, nor offers any warranty or remedy for damages of any kind in regard to water damage caused or reported to be caused by leaks from hoses, fittings, or directly from any of our products.
Further, H2O Machine, or its parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc, does not warrant or accept any liability in regard to installation. Any installation is the sole responsibility of the owner or the third-party installer, plumber, or contractor.
Basic care and maintenance by the owner/user of this equipment is entirely the responsibility of the owner/user, as H2O Machine, or its parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc, assumes no responsibility for misuse, faulty installation, or variations in water pressure or quality. Other than what is expressed in our products warranty, H2O Machine, or its parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc, accepts no additional liability for these foregoing statements or other ‘Acts of God’.
By acceptance of delivery and installation, you agree to hold H2O Machine, or its parent company, Real Spirit USA, Inc, harmless for any water damage caused by leaking water or for any other reason.
As a good faith gesture here’s what we recommend if you notice a leak:
- Turn off your unit and unplug it from the power source.
- Disconnect and close off the water supply.
- Contact our Customer Service department @ (888) 601-5886 for assistance.
